Aims of the project

The project identifies the obstacles to mobile e-tutoring and addresses and alleviates these problems by demonstrating existing online learning and tutoring applications and practices based on Web 2.0 technologies to trainers, showing their pedagogical and didactical benefits.

It shows how the Web 2.0 technologies may be used by non-IT experts, using sample courses and guidelines developed during the project.

The trainers were trained in the use of innovative training content, methodologies, techniques and tools developed in the frames of DeInTRA, MENUET, CareIn and RESNET projects (online learning environments, multimedia courses, online presentations and webinars, interactive online tests, electronic marking and scoring, effective distant learning management practices and Web2.0 technologies for collaborative working and learning). Furthermore the trainers were involved in further development, testing and appraisals by students.
